Computer vision
Object detection, counting, number plate reading, safety-gear checks and shelf monitoring on ordinary CCTV or phone cameras, with a person reviewing anything the system is unsure about.
What cameras miss without a second pair of eyes.
- Hours of footage nobody watches Cameras record everything, but finding one event means scrolling through hours of video after the fact.
- Counting by hand Vehicles at a gate, people in a store, items on a line: counted by a person with a clicker, and wrong by the end of the shift.
- Safety rules on paper only Helmets and vests are required on site, and nobody can watch every corner to check.
- Empty shelves found too late A product runs out on the shelf while there is stock in the back, and nobody notices until a customer complains.
Where a camera becomes a sensor.
- Gate and parking systems Number plates read at the entrance, matched against a list, logged with a photo and the time.
- Counting and footfall Vehicles, people or items counted per hour and per zone, with the numbers on a dashboard instead of a notebook.
- Safety-gear checks Helmets, vests and restricted zones checked on site cameras, with alerts and a daily summary for the supervisor.
- Shelf and stock monitoring Gaps and misplaced products spotted from shelf photos, so restocking happens before the shelf is empty.
From first footage to a live alert.
- Camera audit We look at recorded footage from your actual cameras: angle, resolution, lighting and frame rate.
- Record the hard cases A week or two of footage including night, glare, rain and busy hours, because that is where models fail.
- Label and train Frames are labelled carefully and a model is fine-tuned for your scene, starting from a strong pretrained one.
- Test day and night Results are scored on recordings held back from training, broken down by hour, before anything goes live.
- Deploy near the camera On a compact computer next to the recorder or on a central server, sized for how many cameras it watches.
- Review queue Anything the model is unsure of waits for someone on your team, and each correction is saved for the next training round.
What the camera system ships with.
- Trained model for your cameras
- Live dashboard with events and counts
- Alerts by WhatsApp or email
- Review queue for uncertain frames
- Accuracy report, day and night
- Deployment on site or on a server
Questions
What do you need from us to start?
Access to a few days of recorded footage from the cameras that matter, a description of what should be detected, and someone on site who can answer questions about the scene.
Can it run on our NVR or DVR?
Usually not directly, but it can read the video streams those recorders already provide. A small computer beside the recorder is often enough for a few cameras.
How are privacy and faces handled?
Faces can be blurred before anything is stored, and the system can be limited to counting or vehicles only. We agree retention rules with you in writing.
What does it cost to run once it is live?
Mostly the hardware it runs on and occasional retraining when the scene changes. There are no per-camera licence fees from us.
