Fashion e-commerce analytics for 31,047 order lines of a Pakistani clothing brand. Threadline audits every column before trusting it, finds that 4 of the 18 columns were made up and that the "seasonal trend" was a date bug, then shows where the store really loses money in a live dashboard and a 10-page Power BI report.

The AI brain of a six-branch supermarket chain. ShelfSense reads every sale, looks at every shelf and watches the store cameras, then tells the manager each morning what to order, which shelf is empty, which customers are about to stop shopping and what to put on promotion. Automatic number plate recognition for Pakistani vehicles. Upload a CCTV clip or a photo and every vehicle is detected and tracked while a plate detector and an OCR model we trained ourselves read its number plate. Readings feed a live dashboard with a searchable vehicle log, entry/exit parking sessions with fees and watchlist alerts.
