Web applications
Customer portals, booking systems, admin panels and internal tools. One team designs the screens, builds the database and the API behind them, and keeps the whole thing running after launch.
Signs the spreadsheet has stopped working.
- Work lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups Orders, bookings and approvals are spread across files and chats. Nobody sees the whole picture and things fall through the gaps.
- Off-the-shelf software almost fits A ready-made tool covers most of the process, and the missing part is exactly the one your business depends on.
- The old system cannot be changed It was built years ago, the person who wrote it has moved on, and every small change is a risk.
- Customers keep calling to ask Where is my order, is my appointment confirmed, has my payment arrived. A portal answers these without a phone call.
What a web app replaces in your week.
- Customer portals Sign-in, order and booking history, invoices, documents and support requests in one place, on any phone.
- Operations and admin panels Approvals, assignments, stock and schedules for the people running the business, with each role seeing only what it needs.
- Booking and scheduling systems Slots that can never be double booked, reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, and payments taken in advance where it makes sense.
- APIs and integrations Connecting payment gateways, couriers, accounting software and your existing systems, so data is typed once.
From whiteboard to login screen.
- Map the process We sit with the people who do the work and write down every step, exception and approval before designing anything.
- Design the data first Tables, relationships and the rules the database must enforce, such as no double bookings and no negative stock.
- Clickable screens Screens you can click through on your own phone, so changes happen while they are still cheap.
- Build in short stages Working software every week or two on a test address, not a big reveal at the end.
- Test with real users Your staff try it with real cases. We fix what confuses them before launch day.
- Launch and look after it Backups, error alerts, security updates and the small changes every live system needs.
What lands in your hands at launch.
- Responsive web app that works on phones
- Admin panel with roles and permissions
- Database with backups and restore tested
- Documented API
- Error alerts and logs
- Full source code and handover notes
Questions
How long does a first version take?
It depends on the number of screens and integrations. A focused first version with a handful of core screens is usually a matter of weeks, not months; we give a dated plan after the first workshop.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the code, hosting and database, tell you plainly what is sound and what is risky, and then propose fixes in order of importance.
Do we get the code even if we stop working with you?
Yes, always. The repository, the database and every account sit in your name, so you can change teams at any time without asking anyone for permission.
Will it work for staff in Urdu?
Labels, messages and reports can be shown in English, Urdu or both, with right-to-left layouts where Urdu text is used.
